We do not charge per square foot. There are many factors involved when pricing a build that can vary widely from project to project including, but not limited to, site prep, siding materials, overall design and finishes. We look at the project as a whole and prepare an estimate for your specific project.

How long does a new build take?
We strive to complete all projects as quickly as possible, but unforeseen setbacks can occur.
Things like supplier delays, subcontractor availability/scheduling and the always unpredictable weather can cause a project to experience a delay. We typically allow one year for the entire process from design planning to key handover, but if all goes to schedule, then the process is generally faster.
